I spent the entire week working on my first interview assessment which included me listening back to the recording of my first interview. During all my interviews, I used my phone and took voice memo recordings as my notes for the interview. While listening back to the interview, I was able to properly reflect on my interviews in a clear state of mind. In any interview assessment, I have to include information about what I expected to learn, what I actually learned about during the interview, how I will use the information, and what I was excited about during the interview. With the interview assessment, I was able to note down the important parts of the interview which I can look back at instead of listening to the long voice memo again. Not only was I able to sort information from the interview, but I also was able to personally reflect on how the interview actually went. For my first interview, I noticed that my voice was stuttering at times, but I did speak at a good volume. Other notes I need to keep in mind for future interviews were to speak more clearly and make sure to have my questions memorized so it is easier for me to look down and say the question while maintaining eye contact with the professional.
