ISM is a program where high school students can experience the professional world themselves by exploring a career option with the guidance of a mentor. This mentor as well as the research projects will be planned and created from the students. It is entirely up to the students about what their product is and how they will be able to make it. There are two main projects that students focus on original work and final product which is designed by the students. Original work is made during the first semester while the final product is second semester.
